Subscriptions

Totally Pro is billed by Apple. To cancel or change your plan, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or Settings › Manage subscription in Totally. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore purchases

Reinstalled or moved to a new iPhone? Open Totally › Settings › Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

Where are my receipts?

Receipts live only on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them, so export a Tax Pack or CSV first if you need a copy.
